Shipping & Handling

We will package your valuable purchase as careful as possible so that it will arrive at your address in the best possible condition.

For shipping your parcel to an address in New Zealand we will use the "ParcelPost Tracked" service of New Zealand Post for products with a value of less than NZ$ 250 and the "CourierPost" service for products with a value of NZ$ 250 or more.

For shipping your parcel to an address in countries other than new Zealand we will use the "International Economy Courier" service of new Zealand Post.

The costs we charge for package, shipping and delivery will be based upon:

• The weight of the purchased item;
• The size (L x W x H) of the parcel;
• Type/size/weight of the packing material;
• Insurance premium depending on the value of the item (applies to purchases over NZ$200);
• Delivery address.

Assume an average quilt will weight approximately 3kg and parcel size will be 500 x 400 x 280 mm.

We will confirm final shipping and handling costs once we have received the delivery address you want us to send your parcel to (see also Order & Payment page <click here>).
